Accessing Ventory account : through a company invite
There are two ways to access the Ventory.io platform:
- Sign up as a new user and create a new company.
- Join the platform through an invite sent by your company.
In this article we explore the the step-by-step process for to access your Ventory account through an invite sent by your company.
Step 1 : Ask your employer to sent you an invite through the web application.

Step 2 : You will receive an email which will contain your Username and Password. The email will also contain a link > click on that link to validate your email address.
Step 3 : Enter your email address and password that you received on the email > Click on “Sign In”
Note : For security reasons, we highly recommend signing in and setting your own password as soon as possible.
Step 4 : Review our Terms and Agreement carefully, then proceed to Accept.
Step 5 : Select “Accept” > Update your User details > Enter First Name and Last Name > Click on Save.
Step 6 : You have successfully logged into your account through an invite!
