Inviting Users
Inviting users or employees to your Ventory application enables seamless collaboration, task assignment, and effective oversight of operations across remote or field inventory locations.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to invite a user or employee to your Ventory application.
Step 1 : Go to “Settings” > Navigate to “Users” > On the top right corner of your screen, click on the three dots > Select “Invite User”
Step 2 : Enter the email address of the user you want to add > Select “Next”
Step 3 : Navigate to “Set the company role of the user” dropdown and select the role of the user > If the role of the user is Administrator > Select “Next”
If the role of the user is Administrator > Select “Next”
If the role of the user is an Employee > select the stock locations you want the user to access > select the further role of the employee for the specific stock location from the drop down > Select “Next”
Note : The Administrator role have full access to the functionality. However, the Employee can be a Field User, Manager, Supervisor, or just a Viewer and has limited access to the functionalities on the platform.
Step 4: The user will receive an invitation via email to join the company. You can monitor the status of the invitation on the Settings > Users dashboard.
