Updating the display image of a product

Maximize your efficiency and gain a comprehensive view of your inventory with Ventory's “Files & Assets”. This space acts like a digital library, allowing you to upload any document, image, or video related to your products.

You can also choose any image from this space to serve as the display image for your product.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to update a display image of a product :

Step 1: Click on "Reference Data" and select the product you want to update the display image for.

Step 2 : Go to “Info” > Navigate to “Product image”

Step 3 : A library of image opens up > Select the image you want to display > Click on “Select”

Note : This library is populated by the images uploaded on “Files & Assets”.

Step 4 : You can now see the display image of the product. Click on “Save”
