How to Cancel or Complete a Replenish Order

As per our article : Process to set a Reorder Quantity and create a Replenish Order

We have successfully created a Replenish Order. A replenish order can be created manually and automatically as suggested.

If you have enabled “Create a replenish order automatically when the rule triggers”, the system will automatically create a replenish order. You can view the same on “Orders”

If you have not enabled “Create a replenish order automatically when the rule triggers”, Go to Alert > Click on “Create order”

Let’s see the step by step guide on how to process a Replenish Order.

Complete a Replenish Order

Step 1 : Navigate to “Orders” > Click on the “Replenish Order”

Step 2 : Once the inventory has been stocked up again to the required amount. Click on “Complete Order” > Yes

You have successfully completed a Replenish Order.

Cancel a Replenish Order

Step 1 : Navigate to “Orders” > Click on the “Replenish Order”

Step 2 : Click on “Cancel Order” > Yes

You have successfully cancelled a Replenish Order.
