How to Complete an Outbound order on mobile application manually

Any outbound order that is created, can be completed on the mobile application, manually, by the user to whom the order is assigned.


Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to complete an outbound order manually


Step 1 : Login into the Ventory’s mobile application > Once logged in, you can find the outbound Order on the “Home” > Click on the order.


Or, navigate to the “Tasks” icon on the bottom > Select the “outbound order” assigned to you > Click on the order.


Note : Make sure you are on the right Stock location to locate the outbound order


Step 2 : You will land on the Order detail screen with all the information of the outbound > Click on “Start”


Step 3 : Select the Product > A pop-up will appear on the screen with Product name and product number > Select the “Source Bin” from the dropdown from which the products will move out > Use "+" to add or "-" to subtract the product quantity > Click on “Process”


Step 4 : Click on “Finish. outbound order is successfully completed.
