Complete Cycle Count task through scanning on mobile application

Any Cycle Count task that is created can be completed through scanning on the mobile application of the user to whom the task is assigned.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to complete a Cycle Count task through scanning.

Step 1 : Login into the Ventory’s mobile application > Once logged in, you can find the Cycle Count task on the “Home” > Click on the Task.

Or, navigate to the “Tasks” icon on the bottom > Select the “Cycle Count” task assigned to you > Click on the Task.

Note : Make sure you are on the right Stock location to locate the cycle count task.

Step 2 : You will land on the task detail screen with all the information of the cycle count > Click on “Start”

Step 3 : Click on the scan icon on the Bin list> Scan the barcode of the bin. This will automatically land you in the right bin where the products are required to be counted.

Step 4 : Click on the scan icon on the product list > Start scanning the products > Use the “+” if the admin has enabled to validate the quantity on non-serialised products > Click on “Confirm” > click on “Finish” to move out of scan window

Step 5 : Repeat step 4 until all the products inside the current Bin are counted > Click on “Finish” to move out of product list window > Repeat the process for the rest of the Bins > Click on “Complete”

You have successfully completed a Cycle Count task on mobile application through scanning.
