Importing Bins in bulk for specific stock location

Bins are specific areas within your stock locations that store your products. They help keep your inventory organised and make it easier to identify products within the stock location.

However, in this article, we focus on the process of creating multiple bins at once. Follow the step-by-step process for the same :

Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Go to Stock Location > Go to the stock location where you want to add bins > Click on “Edit”

Step 2 : Navigate to Bins > click on the three dots > Select “Import”

Step 3 : From the pop-up window> navigate to bottom left > Click on “download template” > update the .csv file with the bulk bins details > import it on the pop-up window > Click on Next

Note: While importing a new set of bins in bulk, you have the option to "delete all existing bins" in the stock location. To do this, simply enable the checkbox below the import file.

Step 4 : Create a configuration or choose an already existing configuration > Click on Next
